COVID-19 testing

The Clatsop County Public Health Department on Friday, Nov. 13, reported five new local COVID-19 cases.

The cases are:

Female, 30-39, Resident of South county

Female, 30-39, Resident of North county

Female, 30-39, Resident of South county

Male, 30-39, Resident of South county

Female, 70-79, Resident of North county

All five individuals were recovering at home.

The county has recorded a total of 301 COVID-19 cases since March. Two-hundred and sixty-six of those individuals have recovered. One individual has been hospitalized; the others are convalescing at home.

The county is offering drive-through COVID-19 testing to members of the public two days a week, including rapid tests with same-day results.
