Clatsop County’s Webmaps service is new and improved. Webmaps is an interactive online app offering easy access to a wide array of information on individual properties in the county. Users can view tax lots’ legal descriptions, assessment and sales history and current tax statements by entering an account number, owner name or physical address or by clicking on a site.

Users can also choose from map overlays showing zoning designations, school districts, voting precincts, geological hazard areas and more.

The upgraded Webmaps utilizes the latest technology from mapping platform provider Esri and offers faster searches and more user-friendly tools for accessing tax lot information. It also connects to the county’s Property Info app, allowing the public easy access to paying taxes online and viewing information about certified tax accounts. Newer 2018 aerial photos have been added, as well as state and federal GIS data, including tsunami evacuation zones.

Webmaps is compatible with Apple, Android and Google devices.

Webmaps can be reached at this link. For questions regarding the site, contact GIS Coordinator Krysta Houseknecht or GIS Technician Brian Wilson at gisinfo@co.clatsop.or.us.
