Voice students, age 13-18, from “Music Lasts A Lifetime” voice and piano studio will be featured in a vocal recital on Saturday, May 13, 2:30 p.m., at the Cannon Beach Community Church, 132 E. Washington St., in Cannon Beach.

Susan Buehler, owner/instructor, maintains a private studio where she teaches voice and piano to students of all ages with fifteen regularly scheduled students each week plus an adult voice class which currently includes ten participants.

In addition to preparing their pieces for recital, some have used them for college scholarship auditions, some for district high school contests, and three of the students will have an additional performance as scholarship recipients of the Astoria Friday Musical Club Scholarship.

Performers on the recital include Annie Stafford, mezzo-soprano, Seaside High School; Logan Gandy, tenor, Seaside High School; Marlie Annat, mezzo-soprano, Warrenton Middle School; Jack Stapleton, baritone, Seaside High School; Carson Schulte, bass-baritone, Seaside High School; Abigail Norris, soprano, home-school, Cannon Beach; Adam Morse, baritone, Seaside High School. The public is invited to join friends and family of these performers and there is no admission charge.
