Author Deborah Reed will offer a 10-week novel writing workshop, beginning March 21. The class will meet every Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Hoffman Center for the Arts. The workshop will cover the importance of effective structure, rhythm, pacing, and texture. Each student will be guided according to his or her own vision and needs.

Interested writers will need to apply. Submit a writing sample of no more than 10 pages to hoffmancenter@nehalemtel.net by Feb. 25. No more than 10 people will be accepted. For questions, contact Kathie Hightower at kathiejhightower@gmail.com.
