9:14 a.m. Unknown: Report of lost glasses case.

11:20 a.m., 200 Blk N Hemlock: Officer assisted with information exchange.

2:00 p.m., Midtown Restroom: Found cell phone, returned to owner.

4:43 p.m., 861-863 S Hemlock St: Code violation, signage.

8:28 p.m., 200 Blk Gulcana: Report of an open garage, was searched upon arrival, all clear.

10:54 p.m., 3rd/Spruce: Warning for overnight camping.

11:01p.m., 2nd St. Parking: Warning for overnight camping.

April 20

8:50 a.m., 1856 Haystack Ln: Code violation, public health and safety nuisances.

12:00 p.m., 240 N Hemlock St: Code violation, vioation of sign ordinance.

2:40 p.m., Midtown Restrooms: Found cell phone

4:55 p.m., Whale Park: Assisted CBFR and Medix with male with chest pains on the beach.

8:27 p.m. 80409 Carnahan Rd; Assisted CBFR and Medix , and County.

11:42 p.m., Haystack Parking: Warned for overnight camping.

April 21

4:17 a.m., 2nd St Parking: Warned for overnight camping.

11:56 a.m., 2400 S Hemlock St.: Code violation, Realtor sign in the public right of way. Sign was seized as safekeeping and returned to owner the following day.

8:57 p.m., 148 W Grower Ave: Found purse owner, picked up prior to officer arrival.

11:58 p.m. E 2nd St: LOG: Subjects warned for unlawful lodging.

April 22

9:00 a.m., 1387 S Spurce St: Code violation: signage.

10:09 a.m., Unknown: Reported lost wallet.

11:30 a.m., 7th/Oak: Found cell phone on curb. Phone was later returned to owner.

12:00 p.m., 2nd St Restrooms: Found purse, returned to owner.

1:00 p.m. Hug Point: Ring found at Hug Point on 3/31/19 by an unknown person, was turned in to the Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber transferred the ring to the PD on this date. OSP contacted by phone and a pick-up was requested at Hug Point is within their jurisdiction.

1:00 p.m., 207 N Spruce: Found wallet, wallet was returned to owner by mail, per owners phone request.

1:00 p.m., Spruce/2nd: Found bluetooth earpiece. Found and turned into Chamber on 3/19/19

2:13 p.m., 2224 S Hemlock St.: Owner requested security check at residence. Officer cleared house and secured. Owner advised.

2:15 p.m. 140 S Hemlock St: Anonymous code violation complaint.

4:03 p.m., Elk Creek Cache Site: Illegal dumping - 2 office chairs.

4:36 p.m., Downtown area: Reported lost wallet.

6:09 p.m., 139 E Elliot Way: AOA CBFR. Male passed out due to heart condition.

11:02 p.m., Oak Ct.: Subjects warned no overnight camping.

April 23

12:39 a.m. 31987 Clatsop Ln: Assisted CCSO with alarm in Arch Cape.

2:49 p.m. Downtown: Subject brought in found earring.

4:20 p.m., Ecola Park Rd., Neighbor reported an appliance truck and male at home next door; contacted owner via phone and are not aware of why truck would be there. Officer contacted house cleaner on site who had called in the repair man. Owner notified.
