Public Coast Brewing Co., named after Oregon’s 363 miles of free and open coastline, one of the only true public coastlines in America, is the sponsor of “Hayday! 40 Oregon Beers, One Epic Beer Fest,” from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, at Haystack Gardens. The event features 40 Oregon craft brews, including coastal breweries and beyond, and the new People’s Pale from Public Coast.

Attendees can enjoy food from the Wayfarer Restaurant’s Executive Chef Josh Archibald and his mobile smokehouse, desserts by Ruby Jewel Ice Cream and live music with Nate Bodsford. General admission is $25 and includes a commemorative glass, lanyard and six event tokens; VIP admission is $50 and includes early entry to the event, special barrel tastings, commemorative glass, lanyard, six event tokens, food voucher, nonalcoholic beverage offerings and a pretzel necklace. Designated VIP driver is $15. No pets or minors permitted.
