Around 30 students, parents and teachers from Oregon Connections Academy, turned out for a field trip in Cannon Beach to learn more about the Haystack Rock Awareness Program according to Laura Dillon, ORCA’s outreach manager. ORCA is the state’s largest online public charter school.
