6:29 p.m., 3000 block Hemlock: A reported injured cat was located by police and transported to police headquarters; the cat was reunited with its owner the following morning.

March 16

8:13 p.m., Highway 101: A vehicle that collided with an elk ended up with the vehicle being towed. No human injuries were reported.

March 17

Three warnings were issued regarding overnight camping.

8:43 p.m., Haystack Rock: Police respond to a report of a runaway believed to be in Cannon Beach. The runaway’s mother reported later seeing videos of the juvenile in Seaside; this information was passed along to the Seaside police.

9:53 p.m., Convention Center: Police assist Seaside police with a disturbance involving multiple individuals in the Convention Center parking lot.

10:23 p.m., Holladay Drive: Police assist Seaside police with a subject reported to be intoxicated knocking on hotel room doors.

10:49 p.m., 1100 block S. Wahanna: Police assist Seaside police on a domestic disturbance call.

March 18

4:23 a.m., Whispering Pines Drive: Police assist Seaside police on a call.

March 19

2:54 p.m., W. Hemlock and E. Chena: Police make contact with multiple subjects said to be trespassing on private property where private property signs have been down. Trespassers were unaware they were on private property. They agree to leave.

4:20 p.m., MP 32: Responding to a report of a suspicious black bag, police discover a dead raccoon inside.

9:23 p.m. 3200 block Picture Windows Lane: Police assist Clatsop County Sheriff’s office with a reported brush fire and suspicious activity; the sheriff's office makes an arrest of a subject on a warrant.

March 20

1:48 p.m. Mariner Market: Police respond to a report of a dog tied up outside the market since midmorning. Owner located; man says he forgot about the dog.

11:24 p,m. Highway 101: Police assist Seaside police at the scene of an elk/vehicle collision.

March 21

8:10 am. Second Avenue restroom: Police respond to a report of someone sleeping in the restroom. Unable to locate.

March 22

2:32 a.m., Broadway: Police assist Seaside police with a subject who thought he was being shot at.

11:16 p.m., Hemlock: An intoxicated male reported his intoxicated girlfriend was separated from him as they were returning to their car from the bar. He reported her missing. Police located the female and returned her to the hotel.

March 23

3:27 a.m., Promenade: Police assist Seaside police with the arrest of two partners involved in a domestic disturbance. Both parties were transported to the Seaside police headquarters.

March 24

2:05 a.m., Highway 101 and Sunset Blvd: Subject arrested and charged with having a blood alcohol level of .08%.

12:11 p.m., W. Jefferson: Officer issued a verbal warning to a homeowner who placed cones in the street as an attempt to slow down traffic.

2:33 p.m., 1100 block Spruce Court: A female subject was arrested for domestic assault.

2:49 p.m., Elk Creek Road parking area: Caller reports someone is littering the parking area with nails and used condoms, cutting a resident’s screen and carving the wood of her front door. Complainant said she has a nail in her tire.

11:24 p.m., W. Gower: Police assist fire department with a male juvenile who leaned against a gas fireplace and burned his back and arm. Father of juvenile denied transport to Seaside Providence Hospital.

March 25

8:20 a.m., Nordmark Drive: Police assist other agency with a case of a BB gun shot to the eye.

March 26

11:28 p.m., S. Columbia: Police assist Seaside police.

March 27

7:43 a.m., Beach: Subjects who pitched a tent are warned of overnight camping.

12:20 p.m., Gower and Beach: A do reported lost on the beach is found and returned to owner.

1:53 p.m., 1100 Spruce Court: Caller reports receiving a call about a female being held at knifepoint in an apartment. Police are unable to locate. Reporting party called back later and said the female was fine and there was no knife issue.

3:30 p.m., Police headquarters: Caller reports a horse with matted hair, overgrown hooves, and underweight. Police contact the horse owner who says the horse is 35 years old and is being cared for. A vet is checking on the horse.

5:41 p.m., 1100 block Spruce Court: Police receive a call regarding a subject breaking a no contact order. Police contact the person who says she is alone with animals. Officers report hearing a male voice when they initiated contact.

March 28

1:12 a.m., 3700 block Pacific: An assault in the fourth degree is reported; a male subject is arrested for domestic assault.
