Corgis Converge for a Coastal Tradition

They are the canine to the Queen and adored by pet-lovers everywhere. Corgis capture our heart with their low-riding good looks and feisty personalities. Beat the summer heat and head to the beach for one of the largest gatherings of Corgis on the West Coast.

All proceeds benefit the Oregon Humane Society.

What: Oregon Corgi Beach Day

Who: Corgis, Corgi mixes, and Corgi fans of all ages!

When: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, July 27

Where: Cannon Beach, OR. Event begins on the beach between 1st street access point and Ecola Creek, north of Haystack Rock.

Details: Mingle with Corgis and the people who love them, all while enjoying a day at the beach. Festivities include a costume contest, corgi races, raffle drawing and silent auctions. This year’s theme is “Corgi Beach Bums.”

Suggested donation of $10 to participate can be made at the Oregon Humane Society registration tent. Detailed schedule can be found here -
